We had a bridal shower for my neice Ashleigh last Saturday. We decided to do a brunch and weren't sure which direction to go until she said her flowers for the wedding were going to be sunflowers. We made Sunflower cookies in flower pots and little sunflower cupcakes. It all sits on the one quilt I have actually made for myself. It's a wild number in oranges and yellows, reminiscent of my 70's teen-age years. This photo was taken after everyone started eating (why do I always remember the pictures a bit too late?), but it all ended up great!
